Last week, we were proud to celebrate a major milestone as nine incredible young people completed their Modern Apprenticeships through the groundbreaking partnership between Tigers and Morgan Sindall Construction. This collaboration, launched to address the skills gap in construction and provide meaningful pathways into employment, has gone from strength to strength—and this celebration marked the tangible impact it’s having.
This celebration event was an opportunity to recognise not only the hard work and growth of the young people involved, but also the power of relationships in transforming lives. From the outset, this initiative was designed to go beyond training—to create real opportunities for young people to thrive in the world of work.
